Medvault takes privacy and security of your data extremely seriously. We use best-in-class encryption protocols to provide robust protection against unauthorised access. We also implement strict access controls to ensure that only personnel involved in your care can access your health records.

Who will have access to my results?

Your results are kept between Medvault and you.

Can I access or control my personal medical data?

Yes, you have full access to your medical data through our secure Web portal and Mobile app.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Your medical data belongs to you and nobody else. You can opt to delete your data anytime if you wish by contacting us at info@medvault.ai. Please know that by deleting it, we will not be able to recover it should you change your mind.

How do I export my data in PDF format?

To export your data in PDF format, tap the 'Export' button at the top right corner in the timeline view. This button is located on the rightmost side of the tab bar at the bottom of the screen.

Is there an alternative format to PDF for exporting data?

Yes, premium users have the option to export data in CSV format. However, the PDF format is generally the preferred choice among our users.

Can I set up multiple profiles within the app?

Currently, our app does support the creation of multiple profiles for family members.

Does the app provide health or medical recommendations based on my data?

At present, our app does not provide specific health or medical recommendations. We are committed to ensuring the highest accuracy and relevance in our services, and due to the sensitive nature of health-related advice, we are exercising caution in this area. Additionally, it's important to note that any information provided by the app should not be considered as medical advice. We always recommend consulting with healthcare professionals for personalized medical guidance.

Where is your app's team located?

Does the app integrate with HealthKit?

Currently, our app has no integration with HealthKit. We are planning to expand the integration and include more features once we have additional resources. By purchasing a premium subscription, you can support us in this endeavor, helping us to enhance and broaden our app's capabilities, including deeper HealthKit integration. Your support is greatly appreciated as it aids in our continuous improvement and development.

Does the app use analytics to track usage?

Yes, our app uses June for usage analytics. This helps us understand how our app is being used, allowing us to improve its functionality and user experience. Please be assured that this analytics process does not involve sending your personal or health data anywhere. We prioritize your privacy, and the analytics we conduct are solely focused on app usage patterns without compromising your personal information.
